SISITEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN

1.unstructured decisions occurat the top level of management information for decision-making because it is not easy to get ill structured and ill easily available and usually come from the outside environment. Manager's experience is a very important thing in ill-structured decision-making. The decision to merge with another company is an example of ill-structured decision-spasmodic.

2.while managers have more contact with the bottom of unstructured decision making repetitive and routine, so it can be programmed. Structured decision happens and is done mainly at the lower levels manjemen. Co: / decision ordering products, making collection of accounts receivable, etc..

3.decision support system is a computer-based systems with the aim to help companies in decision making in solving unstructured problems.
